The RTNN welcomes Maude Cuchiara as a member of its staff!
Maude will manage the RTNN and serve in a variety of roles to ensure RTNN’s success. She will facilitate all client interactions with RTNN as well as communicate RTNN news, information, and events to relevant stakeholders. In addition, she will coordinate the educational arm of RTNN by planning and implementing workshops, conferences, and outreach activities.
Maude joins RTNN from Duke University where she was a research scientist and lab manager for the West Laboratory for Biofunctional Materials. She also brings policy experience as a Research Scholar at the Baker Institute of Public Policy. She earned her Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Rice University (2011) and bachelor’s degrees from NC State in Biomedical Engineering and Spanish (2006).
