RTNN’s Public Alert Program assists members of the media in reporting events associated with nanotechnology by providing summaries and remarks from experts within the RTNN community to help contextualize these events. Alerts are scheduled as significant nanotechnology news breaks (i.e., when something happens or is happening) and are posted in a blog-like format with information that frames reports that fall within the fields of nanotechnology and nanoscience without editorializing. Each alert comes with a source citation to allow the reader to learn more about the alert.
